This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage healthcare data and advanced analytics to optimize pharmaceutical commercial engagement, driving strategic insights that enhance sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement across therapeutic areas. In this position, you will be responsible for various key tasks including Commercial Analytics & Strategy, Sales Performance & Launch Planning, Client Engagement, Technical Execution, and Project Management. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer segmentation and targeting analyses, developing sales force sizing models, executing territory alignment projects, and creating call planning optimization models. Additionally, you will analyze sales performance data, conduct competitive intelligence analysis, and support launch planning for new pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their commercial challenges and strategic objectives, presenting findings and recommendations to commercial leadership teams through clear, actionable reports and presentations. Moreover, you will extract, clean, and manipulate large commercial and healthcare datasets, develop automated analytical workflows, and build predictive models for customer behavior and sales forecasting. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. You should have a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in commercial analytics, pharmaceutical sales operations, or a related consulting environment. Advanced proficiency in statistical programming languages, strong SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools are required.
