Job Description

1 Technical /Orientation/Refresher Training to Employees , Partners and New Joinees.Both Class room and OJT.

2 Resove lift critical issues and support to clear the shut downs

3 Prepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS/CI based on issues.

4 Support to arrange alternative spares & non-Supriya spares.

5 Analyse the callback, Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.

6 Conduct lift survey for Non-Supriya Equipment's and give clearance for acquisition.

7 Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.

8 Monitor the call back, SD & LSD on daily basis

9 Preparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.

10 Other routines as required by Management time to time.
