We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Fashion Store to lead our fashion retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in apparel retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer service, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and business objectives through effective team management.

• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Manage store budgets, P&L, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance goals.

• Monitor visual merchandising, display standards, and brand presentation.

• Plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.

• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product assortment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational guidelines.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams for strategic planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Retail Management / Fashion Management / Business Administration or related field.

• 1015 years of experience in the apparel / fashion retail industry, with at least 6+ years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of fashion trends, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS, ERP).

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
