Manager - F&A

The primary responsibility is to ensure that the operations team is prepared to meet the contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall business metrics. This involves planning and assessing the people, infrastructure, and technological requirements in collaboration with the transition team to finalize the target delivery model. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and execute opportunities for work redesign, shift utilization, staff mix, and staff utilization to not only meet but exceed internal financial goals. Engagement with key client stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and allocate resources to enhance customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of this role. As a Manager in Finance & Accounts in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, your main focus will be on managing the financial and accounting processes. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess key skills in Finance & Accounts, Order to Cash (OTC), and Record to Report (RTR).
