Responsibilities will include:
Own end-to-end budgeting, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. • Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards. Performance & Impact Measurement • Track KPIs such as brand recall, engagement metrics, and ROI. • Present post-event reports and insights to senior leadership.
Expertise in managing end-to-end event logistics and operations. • Ability to plan, monitor, and optimize event budgets.
Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing external partners. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Webex, Hopin, etc. • Understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement.Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder coordination. • Ability to measure event impact and present insights.Knowledge of regulatory and brand guidelines in BFSI/Insurance
