Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To plan and analyze cost by preparing accurate estimate based on details provided by team members
To finalize project budget in consultation with architects, sales & other cross-functions
To benchmark finishes amenities & specifications of similar projects of other developers and makes a cost comparative statement.
To monitor and analyze final budgetary estimate based on various inputs, discussions with all functions and value engineering exercises
To conduct detailed value engineering exercises and suggest possible cost saving measures for the project
To control all material consumption and labor contracts in SAP through team members
To update project cost as per approved variances and prepare quarterly MIS
To develop and motivate team members
To conduct a survey of various tools, new techniques/softwares available for quantity and cost calculation to achieve optimization of available resources
