Roles & Responsibilities: Multi-Plant Operations Management: Team & Site Coordination: Quality Assurance & Compliance: Resource Management: Maintenance & Equipment Uptime: Logistics & Inventory Oversight: Sustainability & Reporting: Responsibilities: Multi-Plant Operations Management: Oversee daily production operations across multiple briquetting and pelleting plant sites, ensuring consistency in output and operational excellence. Develop and implement uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all units. Coordinate production planning and capacity utilization in alignment with demand forecasts and supply commitments. Team & Site Coordination: Lead a network of plant in charge, supervisors, and field technical staff spread across various locations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure staff training and motivation. Recruit, onboard, and develop skilled manpower at each location in collaboration with HR. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Work with QA teams to ensure uniform implementation of product quality standards (moisture, GCV, ash, size). Enforce quality control using field test kits and centralized lab verification. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, including pollution control, labor safety, and biomass handling protocols. Resource Management: Ensure the availability and efficient use of raw materials, consumables, fuel, and spare parts across all units. Monitor utility consumption (power, water, diesel) and optimize operational cost per ton of production. Maintenance & Equipment Uptime: Establish preventive maintenance schedules and response plans for breakdowns at each unit. Ensure critical spares and service support are coordinated centrally to reduce downtime. Logistics & Inventory Oversight: Coordinate inward logistics of Agro/biomass raw materials and outward dispatch of briquettes and pellets. Maintain visibility and control of inventory levels (raw, in-process, finished goods) across all sites. Sustainability & Reporting: Align multi-site operations with Enviras sustainability objectives. Generate periodic reports on production, quality, safety, and environmental metrics for management review.
