Job Description

As a member of the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) team at Morgan Stanley, you will be responsible for reviewing and escalating EDDs completed by the Level 1 team, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements. Your role will involve reviewing the quality of work delivered by the team, participating in team meetings, and driving a culture of efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will be expected to recommend enhancements to AML policies and procedures to continuously improve overall AML and screening processes. To excel in this role, you should have up to 7 years of experience in Corporate Intelligence and due diligence, preferably in the financial or professional services industries. Managerial experience would be advantageous, and a solid track record of working in a professional environment is essential. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. An understanding of AML/KYC, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work with technology are also key requirements for this position. As a team player, you should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Independent thinking, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to anticipate and escalate issues are crucial. Your pragmatic and analytical problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, will be essential in delivering quality work.
