Manager - Employability Skills (Training - CS/IT)

You will be responsible for leading the EDGE Employability Skills initiative, preparing students for high-impact careers in CS/IT. Your role will involve delivering sessions on communication, professionalism, aptitude, GD & PI. Additionally, you will facilitate resume reviews, mock interviews, and group discussions. As a Manager Employability Skills, your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering sessions on communication, professionalism, aptitude, GD & PI - Facilitating resume reviews, mock interviews, and group discussions - Providing 1:1 coaching on interview prep, personal goals, and mindset building - Maintaining individual Employability Development Plans (IEDPs) - Coordinating guest lectures, industry mentorships, and mock HR panels - Promoting hackathons, open-source contributions, and certification pathways - Preparing students for recruiter-specific interviews - Engaging with alumni and supporting early career transitions The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Education: B.Tech in CS/IT and Masters (or higher) in CS/IT or related fields - Experience: - 6+ years in the CS/IT/Consulting industry - 2-3 years in soft skills training or corporate L&D (preferred) If any additional details about the company are provided in the job description, please provide them for better context.,
