Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage electrical design activities for defense projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time, within budget, and meeting project objectives.
Develop detailed schematics, wiring harnesses, panel designs, control panels, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and EPLANs using Autocad Electrical and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine design, sensor integration, PLC panel development, SPM design implementation.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular progress updates and issue resolution meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Electrical Design for Defense Industry or similar field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SENSORS programming languages like C++, Python; knowledge of PLCS programming languages like Ladder Logic & Function Block Diagrams.
