Core IP experience 8-12 years.
Profile should be able to work as product engineer on IP assembly. He should be able to understand IP as product ; able define master section by his own. He is responsible to give all product inputs to cad team to develop cad. Packaging criterion as well regulatory should be known to take product design concept decisions. Should be aware of covering process and able to define design criterion for covered components. Manufacturing process awareness like moulding, vibration welding, laser welding, air bag weakening is mandatory.
