Project Role :User Experience Engineer
Project Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are balanced effectively. You will engage in iterative design processes, gather user feedback, and refine prototypes to enhance usability and functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
