Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of Chemical equipments like Reactors Heat Exchanger Distillation

column pumps etc.

Design development and implement new and improved processes.
Conduct trials to evaluate the efficiency of processes.
Evaluate processes and ensure transfer of technology from R&D to Plant
Troubleshoot problems and implement changes as required.
Supervision of plant operations.
Schedule and coordinate project team to align with meet timelines and

budgets.

Ensuring production targets.
Handling of Manpower and proper organization.
Knowledge PSM & Hazop
Basic & Detailed Engineering
Complete maintenance of production records and co-ordination between various departments like Quality control dispatch etc.

B.Tech Chemical Engg.

Experience should be Specialty in Agro & Pharma
