Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage site industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
Ensure reliability of site gross margin and operating margin expenses during closing process
Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimate).
Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within my perimeter.
Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks.
Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets (physical counts, recording and identification procedures, IC Quest).
Monitor site productivity plans (labor, overheads, material).
Oversee compliance on a routine basis including TDS, GST, Customs (MOOWR regulation applicable), POSH, ASI data.
Enable financial reporting of the company move from IGAAP to IND AS further to additional equity infusion.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate to preferably be from assurance / audit background with experience gained from working in a systematic organized environment bringing to the table industry best practices.
End user knowledge of advanced ERP and good logical understanding of ERP systems functionality.
Strong time management habits.
Good analytical and strategic planning skills along with experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures and extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting and compliance.
