Manager - Deal Advisory Services

As an Associate Director in the Due Diligence department at BDO India based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in the procedure review by verifying records, conducting meetings, and analyzing data. With at least 7-9 years of relevant experience and a CA qualification, you will lead the team during project execution and provide valuable insights for structuring transactions. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of the target business, its competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. You will take the lead in executing client services as an Engagement Manager, ensuring the production of high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
