Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

10+ years of experience in data protection, privacy law, or information governance.
Certifications: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or CISSP preferred.
Excellent legal knowledge on various Data Privacy regulations and experience in heading the various Data Privacy and Data Protection projects, legal ops and litigation support processes and workflows.
Preferred experience in end-to-end Contract Management in Legal Drafting, Negotiation, contract review and administration, contractual risk analysis, contractual/legal compliance.
Experience in reviewing RFI/RFP and performing effort estimations and creating client PPT.
Well-rounded experience across legal transformation, process excellence and digital legal.
