Manager, Data Engineering

As the Manager, Data Engineering at Assent, you will be leading a team of specialists in data engineering to develop key products and features for Assent and its customers. Your role will involve recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team, coaching them to deliver high-quality software that addresses business problems effectively. You will coordinate work distribution, drive delivery, and ensure product quality standards are met.
