Manager Data Analytics

As a Manager of Data Analytics at Zupee, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of Data analysts. Your responsibilities will include working with large, complex data sets to solve business problems by applying advanced analytical methods. You will be expected to develop compelling stories with business insights that align with the strategic goals of the organization. Monitoring and forecasting key business metrics, identifying the right metrics to track progress against business goals, and designing, running, and measuring experiments in an A/B Framework to test business hypotheses will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will expedite root cause analyses/insight generation against recurring use cases through automation/self-serve platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in analytics/data science or a related field - Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field - Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, etc. - Ability to directly implement solutions and be a critical partner for all decision-making in the organization - Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks - Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems - Exposure to challenging problems across multiple domains - Interaction with people from various backgrounds such as Marketing, Product, and Finance - Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Proficient verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment Join Zupee, the biggest online gaming company in India, and be part of a team that is dedicated to improving people's lives through engaging and entertaining skill-based games.
