Manager Cyber Security - VAPT

As a Senior Information Security Professional, you will play a crucial role in conducting Ethical Hacking, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Red Team assessments on business-critical assets and processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with external ethical hacking and penetration testing teams for RBI projects, as well as staying updated on the latest threats and vulnerabilities through the security intelligence framework. You will be tasked with preparing security effectiveness reports for management and ensuring compliance of applications/systems to RBI/ReBIT Information Security practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal/third-party Ethical Hacking/Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing, Red Team assessment - Liaison with external ethical hacking/penetration testing teams for RBI projects - Coordinate with security intelligence framework to stay updated on latest threats & vulnerabilities - Prepare security effectiveness reports for management - Test applications/systems for compliance to RBI/ReBIT Information Security practices - Ensure new applications are inducted into Data center after conducting pen testing/vulnerability assessment - Prioritize security vulnerabilities based on business impact and update Security operations team - Decide on relevant metrics for measuring security effectiveness and quantification algorithms Qualifications: - University degree in computer science or IT - 8+ years of Information Security experience - 5+ years of Penetration testing, Red teaming, or vulnerability assessment experience - Hands-on experience in black-box, grey-box penetration testing on platforms like .Net, Java - Hands-on experience in mobile testing of android and IOS - Familiar with OWASP, SANS Institute, ISACA, GAO, FISCAM, NSA, NIST, IETF best practices - Experience in project management - Certifications: CISSP, CEH/OSCP/OSCE/GPEN Company Additional Details: (If provided in the JD) - Industry: Information technology,
