Manager, Cyber Security

Role Overview: As a Manager, Cyber Security at Fiserv, you will be responsible for leading the Identity Management Support team to ensure compliance with access protocols and effective management of audits. Your duties will include: Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of AD Support Engineers / Identity Management Engineers to facilitate smooth daily operations and incident management. - Oversee daily audits of the Local Admin Group (LAG) report to maintain authorized access to Windows servers. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine access protocols and procedures in alignment with organizational standards and security requirements. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance access management processes and improve efficiency. - Manage escalation points for access-related issues and act as a liaison between the engineering team and upper management. - Ensure timely reporting and documentation of team activities, including daily status reports and compliance audits. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing. - Align team objectives with organizational goals and ensure objectives are achieved within specified timelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent military experience. - 7+ years of experience in IT management focusing on Active Directory and identity management. - Proven leadership skills in managing a team in a complex environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Familiarity with tools such as Tanium and CyberArk. Additional Details: It would be beneficial to have: - 8+ years of experience in Active Directory management, identity management, Tanium, CyberArk, and process improvement initiatives. - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.
