Manager - Customer Service Strategy & Planning - Planner

As a Technology Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with business solution teams to grasp their requirements for new platform services. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security, all in compliance with EXL guidelines. You will collaborate with other technology teams to seamlessly integrate new technologies and services, and lead regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the deployment and optimization of cloud and VMware infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and security compliance. Furthermore, you will lead the implementation of high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios, as well as manage upgrade and migration projects to align with EXL security policies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business solution teams to understand requirements for new platform services - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for optimal performance and security - Coordinate with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services - Lead performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions - Oversee cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization on platforms like AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V - Ensure cost-effectiveness and security compliance in infrastructure management - Implement high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios - Manage upgrade and migration projects in alignment with EXL security policies Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding, adoption, and adherence to IT Service Management standards in an ITIL framework, including incident/change management In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to provide 24x7 support, including weekends, if necessary.,
