Curriculum Development & Support

• Revise, update, and modify the Minds Matter mental health curriculum lesson plans to suit school requirements.
• Ensure all lesson plans are organized and easily accessible for psychologists/facilitators.
• Source and curate updated reading materials, resources, and the latest research to enrich the curriculum.
• Support in the development and refinement of an Assessment Scale to evaluate curriculum effectiveness in schools and colleges.

Training & Facilitation

• Develop and conduct training programs and professional development sessions for teachers and school counselors.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure smooth execution of sessions.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support for schools implementing the curriculum.

Execution & Monitoring

• Support curriculum execution across schools, assist with lesson planning, and monitor implementation effectiveness.
• Visit schools during campaigns and collect qualitative data including testimonials, artwork, and campaign outcomes.

Outreach & Promotion

• Assist in outreach efforts, track school inquiries, and support the onboarding of new schools.
• Promote the curriculum effectively by presenting its impact and value to potential partner schools.
• Participate in and contribute to marketing activities and events.

Data & Research

• Assist in data collection, survey management, and analysis of feedback forms.
• Support research initiatives, maintain a database of relevant studies, and help incorporate findings into curriculum updates.

Operations & Coordination

• Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, design, outreach, and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Support internal team coordination, track deliverables, and ensure timely task completion.
• Assist with workshop preparation, logistics, and smooth event execution.

Technology & IT Management

• Ensure functionality, privacy, and security of the Minds Matter IT portal.
• Address any technical issues faced by counselors in collaboration with the IT team.
• Manage related communication channels such as the WhatsApp group for counselors.
