Manager, CSP & Technology Partnerships

As an experienced and results-driven manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and expand CockroachDB's cloud and partner ecosystem across India and APAC. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic partnership initiatives with cloud hyperscalers, regional systems integrators (RSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs). Your main responsibilities will include managing and expanding cloud partner relationships, identifying and developing RSIs and ISVs in various sectors, acting as the primary liaison for cloud alliances and regional SIs, and developing joint GTM strategies with partners to increase pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute co-sell programs, joint marketing initiatives, and partner-led demand generation campaigns. Additionally, you will conduct technical and sales enablement sessions, develop partner certification and training programs, and work with ISVs and RSIs to create joint solutions tailored to industry-specific use cases. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in cloud alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development within the cloud or database technology space. You must have a proven track record of success in building and managing partnerships with cloud hyperscalers, RSIs, and ISVs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities across diverse teams. In your first 30 days, you will focus on onboarding, understanding CockroachDB's products, existing partnerships, and internal teams while establishing relationships with key cloud and SI partners. By month 2, you will execute a structured engagement plan, onboard new partners, initiate co-sell and marketing programs, and conduct enablement sessions. After 3 months, you will drive joint GTM initiatives, optimize partner strategies, track performance metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.
