A reputed real estate developer is looking for a CRM Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end customer lifecycle post-booking
  • Manage documentation, payments, handover timelines, and customer queries
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and construction teams for smooth delivery
  • Implement and optimize CRM tools to improve customer communication
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention


Requirements:

  • 10 years of CRM experience in real estate or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of post-sales processes and RERA compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software
