Manager CRM Architect Technical

As a MSD CRM Architect at EY, you'll be responsible for designing the next generation digital architecture on CRM engagements. Your role will involve collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements and translating them into solutions. You'll participate in application design sessions, make solution recommendations, and ensure that the design aligns with business requirements. Additionally, you'll work on configuring and customizing the CRM application, developing CRM applications using .Net plugins/ASP.Net extensions, and have a deep understanding of integration & data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements - Analyze and design phases of projects - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements - Participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations - Configure and customize CRM application - Develop CRM applications using .Net plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure design alignment with business requirements - Work cooperatively in a team environment - Remain flexible on changing workloads **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 14+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience in writing plugins - Experience in large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model - Experience in client-facing engagements - End-to-end implementation experience with integration - Design and coding experience in Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration, and build processes - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
