Job Description

Design costing systems and implement processes to effectively monitor and control the plant operating cost
Analyze the plant cost daily and take action to reduce/optimize the operating cost
Analyse batch-wise production and reconcile the input/output ratio is within the standard norms
Analyse process loss for each batch and take action for the batch/orders that have deviations from the standard norms.
Visit plant and conduct Stock verification and report non-moving items, spillage, deviation with books stock and take action for correcting the same.
Monitor stock holding from yarn to grey to finished fabric and take action to ensure there are no stocks held beyond the desired holding levels
Monitor Bill of Material and control purchases against budget
Raise debit alert for any stocks not consumed or lifted by the client.
Design and Implement a process to ensure best practices.
