Mould accessories Inspection approval.
NPD Drawings sign of with all Plants Tech. team. check list preparation.
Approval of Incoming Toolings / NPD Moulds and modifications for conformance improvements.
Standardization of critical tooling across multiple plants / processes / equipment.
To carry-out Tooling design (Drum, Preformer, Uniformity Rim, PCI Rim, Run out Rim, PCI Rim, Calendar Rolls, Testing Rims etc ).
Design/sign-off of Critical Tooling affecting product performance.(eg; Mould Assembly, Container Assembly, Curing press center mechanism, Uniformity rims , PCI rims).
Mould Plant Toolings Modification Inspection.
Tracking all modification works and update to CFT team.
