Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Build and maintain sourcing network to identify high-potential M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities.
  2. Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle for M&A and strategic partnerships that align with Meesho's long-term strategy.
  3. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform expansion and diversification strategies.
  4. Build financial models and lead due diligence to assess the viability of potential acquisitions and investments.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Actively track emerging trends and map strategic opportunities in e-commerce, fintech, and supply chain sectors.
  2. Negotiate and manage M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the platform.
  3. Evaluate investment opportunities and work with VCs and PE firms to identify co-investment opportunities.
  4. Present market insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
