Job Description

Manager Control Tower (Supply Chain)

You will be in charge of monitoring and controlling the
entire supply chain operations
across India from a central command center in Bangalore.
Your focus is to make sure
goods move smoothly and on time
from sellers to warehouses and then to customers’ kirana stores.
Key responsibilities include:

First Mile:
Oversee pickup of goods from sellers, check processes, manage vehicles and manpower, and handle returns.
Fulfillment Centers (Warehouses):
Ensure goods are stocked correctly, inventory is accurate, and orders are dispatched on time.
Last Mile:
Monitor deliveries, resolve issues, plan routes, and ensure customers get orders on time.
Logistics:
Manage vehicle capacity, coordinate with vendors, and track performance.
Strategy:
Work with planning teams to design and implement new supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
