Job Description

Role Overview: Our Content Technology group is at the forefront of innovation and efficiency, driving a seamless web experience for users. We utilize cutting-edge tools and best practices to create a scalable, flexible, and performant web presence that aligns with our business objectives. You will join a team of passionate technologists and strategists who excel in problem-solving, collaboration, and making a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy - Manage and mentor a content data analyst. - Develop a vision and roadmap for content data analytics in alignment with Content Strategy and Innovation goals. - Collaborate across functions to ensure content data supports broader strategic initiatives. - Data Integration & Flow - Ensure accurate and consistent data flow from content tagging systems across platforms and repositories. - Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to maintain pipelines and address data flow issues. - Analytics & Reporting - Define, track, and enhance key content performance metrics aligned with CDNA. - Create and share recurring reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on content performance data. - Governance & Quality - Uphold standards for data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. - Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Content Management, Taxonomy, and Tagging to ensure metric definitions, taxonomy, and metadata consistency across content systems. - Partner closely with metadata/taxonomy teams to ensure semantic alignment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with content creators, strategists, technology, insights, and data teams to integrate data-driven practices into content workflows. - Support audits and assessments of tagging completeness, data quality, and content performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably managing analytics for content operations. - Demonstrated leadership skills and effective stakeholder management. - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital asset management systems (DAM), metadata/taxonomy structures, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong communication and presentation abilities.
