Job Description

You will be joining a Content Technology group that focuses on driving a seamless web experience for users through innovative tools and best practices. As a Manager of Content Data Analytics, you will lead a team in generating actionable insights and operational excellence from content-related data. Your role will involve ensuring the accurate flow and usability of content tagging data across various systems. The ideal candidate for this role is strategic, systems-oriented, collaborative, and possesses a strong understanding of content operations, metadata, taxonomy, and analytics frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy - Manage and mentor a content data analyst. - Develop the vision and roadmap for content data analytics in line with Content Strategy and Innovation goals. - Collaborate across functions to ensure content data supports broader strategic initiatives. - Data Integration & Flow - Ensure accurate and consistent data flow from content tagging systems across platforms and repositories. - Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to maintain pipelines and address data flow issues. - Analytics & Reporting - Define, track, and evolve key content performance metrics aligned with CDNA. - Create and share recurring reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on content performance data. - Governance & Quality - Uphold standards for data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. - Partner with the Senior Manager of Content Management, Taxonomy and Tagging to ensure uniformity in metric definitions, taxonomy, and metadata use across content systems. - Collaborate closely with metadata/taxonomy teams to ensure semantic alignment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with content creators, strategists, technology, insights, and data teams to integrate data-driven practices in content workflows. - Support audits and evaluations of tagging completeness, data quality, and content performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a preference for managing analytics in content operations. - Demonstrated leadership skills and effective stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management systems (DAM), metadata/taxonomy structures, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience: - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery practices.,
