Key Responsibilities: - Get inside the minds of consumers to understand what drives them and build stronger connections with our brands. - Work closely with product, marketing, growth, and innovation teams to keep consumer thinking at the forefront. - Design and implement insightful research studies using appropriate tools to uncover necessary answers and turn data into powerful narratives. - Craft compelling stories based on data that challenge thinking, spark ideas, and inspire the organization. - Drive innovation by providing strategic insights, concept testing, and consumer feedback to bring fresh ideas to life. - Utilize end-to-end research methodologies and tools like SPSS, Power BI, and Excel effectively. - Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and surprises that contribute to informed decision-making. - Understand brand, product, and marketing functions to provide insights from brand tracking, product testing, and consumer segmentation. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in a Consumer Insights role, particularly in a fast-paced D2C environment. - Passion for food and meat in India, with bonus points for being a proficient cook. - Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Genuine enthusiasm for building brands from scratch. - Curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude that inspires innovative thinking. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and find smart solutions.
