Manager - Co. Create

As the Manager of Audio Visual & Animation at Co. Create, Abbotts in-house creative agency in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end production of high-quality visual content. This position requires a dynamic and technically skilled individual with expertise in 2D/3D animation, film production, live video shoots, augmented reality, and proficiency in tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, and advanced photography techniques. Your key responsibilities will involve leading and managing a team of animators, editors, videographers, and AV technicians, overseeing the full lifecycle of AV and animation projects, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy. In terms of technical execution, you will be directing and managing live leadership video shoots, supervising the creation of 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, visual effects, and integrating augmented reality elements into visual content using industry-standard tools. Additionally, you will lead high-end photography and videography sessions, ensuring high production quality, and maintain and operate professional camera and AV equipment. It is crucial to ensure that all outputs meet technical and creative standards, stay updated with the latest trends in animation, AV tech, and immersive media, and drive innovation in storytelling using emerging technologies like AR/VR. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in AV production, animation, or related creative fields. Proficiency in tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, 2D/3D animation pipelines, live video production, professional photography, lighting techniques, and AR integration is essential. Strong leadership, project management, communication, and collaboration skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand studio, familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine for AR/VR content, and knowledge of sound design and audio post-production.
