Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering, Interior Fit-outs, MEP coordination.

Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and BOQ preparation.

Leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to manage multi-site projects with strict timelines.

Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Project Planning & Management

Lead, plan, and execute all civil, interior, and refurbishment projects from concept to handover.

Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; ensure timely completion within cost and quality benchmarks.

Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and BOQ/BOM preparation.

Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, and ensure adherence to design standards.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Monitor contractor work progress, productivity, and quality.

Ensure contractual compliance, billing verification, and timely certification of payments.

3. Site Execution & Quality Control

Supervise civil & interior execution, finishing works, MEP coordination, and fit-out activities.

Implement quality control checks, safety standards, and statutory compliance.

Conduct daily site audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure materials meet required standards.

4. Design Coordination

Work closely with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, and MEP teams.

Review GFC drawings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of all services.

Provide value engineering inputs to optimize cost without compromising functionality or aesthetics.

5. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with clients, landlords, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and updates.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and status presentations for management.

Handle escalations, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.

6. Compliance, Safety & Documentation

Ensure all works comply with building codes, legal norms, and company SOPs.

Maintain project documentationdrawings, MOMs, reports, permits, quality audits, and closure documents.

Oversee HSE compliance, toolbox talks, and safety audits.

7. Cost Control & Budgeting

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.

Track budget vs actuals, approve variations, and ensure cost optimization.

Review and approve contractor bills, measurement sheets, and rate analyses.
