Manager-Civil & Interior

1. Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects from planning to handover.

• Ensure timely delivery of all civil works within cost and quality standards.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee daily site activities, workmanship quality, and compliance with drawings/specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants.

3. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare project timelines, milestones, BOQ/BOM, and resource plans.

• Track progress and implement corrective actions for delays.

4. Vendor / Contractor Management

• Select, negotiate, and finalize contractors and suppliers.

• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and work quality.

5. Quality Control

• Implement quality checks for materials, structural works, finishing, and safety standards.

• Ensure adherence to IS codes, building norms, and company guidelines.

6. Cost Management

• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and control project expenses.

• Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and rate analyses.

7. Design & Technical Coordination

• Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.

8. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure site safety norms, statutory compliance, and permit approvals.

• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce corrective actions.

9. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, internal teams, landlords, and authorities.

• Provide project progress reports and manage expectations.

10. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, quality reports, inspection logs, MOMs, and closure reports.

• Oversee snagging and final handover process.
