As an integral member of the brand, Consumer & Market Insights teams at Haleon, your primary responsibility will be to develop expertise in Brand and Consumer insights. You will play a crucial role in utilizing this knowledge to drive growth and effectively communicate it to global stakeholders. Your role will involve inspiring research suppliers to consistently deliver high-quality insights that provide actionable and valuable understanding. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in planning, coordinating, and implementing research activities for various brands within the organization. This includes both mix development and mix deployment responsibilities. Your expertise in Brand and Consumer insights will be instrumental in contributing to the growth of the business and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Additionally, you will engage with the brand/product development team to understand new product briefs, analyze testing outcomes, and identify areas for product improvement. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and managing research budgets will be key aspects of your role. You will leverage a variety of research tools and resources to address business issues effectively. Your proficiency in analytics, including market mix modeling and volume forecasting, will be essential in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.
