Manager - Career Services

As a Manager of Career Services at NCDOE, you will be responsible for overseeing the Career Services programs offered to students. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include building alliances with corporates to provide placement opportunities, driving the adoption of Career Services programs within the student community, and ensuring the end-to-end execution of services as per the defined SLAs. You will also be tasked with monitoring the effectiveness and quality of services, analyzing industry expectations about the skill levels of students, and creating Alumni Services while driving alumni activities and interactions. Additionally, you will facilitate interactions with industry bodies and associations to leverage strengths for mutual benefit. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA or Post Graduate degree in Management or a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably from the Recruitment Industry, HR, or Management Consulting industry.
