Manager, Campaign Solution Architect

Role Overview: As the Manager, Campaign Solution Architect at Novartis, you will be responsible for architecting new solutions within Marketing Cloud. Your role will involve gathering all requirements, designing the solution, and coordinating the build and QA of the solution. Additionally, as the Technical Architect, you will recommend solutions within Marketing Cloud, working with Novartis Technical teams to build solutions per the agreed-upon blueprint/requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and collaborate with Novartis Technical teams to deliver solutions and technologies to meet Customers" business goals and requirements. - Create and update solution blueprint documentation. - Enhance overall solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting. - Support Customers with end-to-end testing of Cloud Page submissions or APIs from Customer hosted web forms. - Collaborate with Novartis Technical teams for integration or platform implementation needs. - Develop custom features and capabilities with Marketing Cloud Services. - Create automated campaigns. - Provide ad-hoc technical development and recommendations. - Ensure effective teamwork with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate strong diagnosis and technical issue resolution abilities. - Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders. - Stay updated on GDPR and other data protection regulations. - Utilize experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and familiarity with Salesforce products. - Adapt to new-generation technologies and trends like Gen AI and Agentic AI. Qualification Required: - BTech/Masters in Technology or Masters in Business Administration. - 3+ years of work experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services architecture and projects, with a total of 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant are mandatory. - Proficiency in AMPScript, JSON, and Marketing Cloud components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Data Extensions. - Ability to build and deliver Marketing Cloud solutions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and knowledge of Salesforce products. - Adaptability to new-generation technologies and trends is an added advantage.,
