Description
The Solution Architect (SA) holds the responsibility of designing new solutions within Marketing Cloud. Your role involves gathering all requirements, creating the solution design, and overseeing the build and quality assurance of the solution. You will be recommending solutions within Marketing Cloud and collaborate with Novartis Technical teams to implement the solution as per the agreed blueprint and requirements, including configuring out-of-the-box settings, developing custom code (e.g., AMPScript, JSON), and serving as the primary technical expert on the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and collaborate with Novartis Technical teams to deliver solutions and technologies that align with Customers" business objectives. - Develop and maintain solution blueprint documentation. - Improve solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting. - Assist Customers with end-to-end testing of Cloud Page submissions or APIs from Customer-hosted web forms (e.g., Lead Gen/Enrollment pages). - Work closely with Novartis Technical teams for integration and platform implementation requirements. - Build, test, and deliver technical solutions as outlined in the Program Roadmap. - Create automated campaigns and deliver ad-hoc technical development and recommendations. - Collaborate on identified integration or platform implementation needs with Novartis Technical teams. Essential Requirements: - BTech / Masters in Technology or Masters in Business Administration. - Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services with a minimum of 3 years focused on architecture and projects. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are mandatory. - Proficiency in AMPScript, JSON, and various Marketing Cloud components (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, Data Extensions). - Ability to build and deliver Marketing Cloud solutions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and technical issue resolution capabilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and familiarity with other Salesforce products. - Adaptability to new-generation technologies and trends (Gen AI and Agentic AI) is advantageous.
