Job Description

As Campaign Management & Ad Operations Manager within the Subscriber Acquisition organization at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will play a crucial role in supporting paid media efforts for HBO Max, specifically focusing on APAC markets including Southeast Asia and Australia. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Campaign Execution & Trafficking:** Collaborate with strategy and buying teams to ensure smooth trafficking of global paid media campaigns. Manage traffic sheets and automation tools to streamline operations with the trafficking agency team. - **Billing & Financial Operations**: Oversee billing operations using platforms such as Ariba, SAP, or PeopleSoft. Manage large-scale budgets and prioritize investments based on commercial context. - **Performance Reporting & Insights**: Deliver campaign performance reports using tools like Looker and Datorama. Provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition efforts and inform strategic decisions. - **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to align paid acquisition efforts with broader promotional strategies and business goals. - **Capability Center Leadership**: Serve as a local leader for the Subscriber Acquisition team in the region. Offer guidance, support, and operational leadership as the team grows. - **Relationship Building & Influence**: Proactively build relationships across the organization to drive success and collaboration. - **Communication & Presentation**: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. Qualifications & Experience: - 7+ years of experience in media operations, campaign management, or digital advertising, including ad ops trafficking. - Hands-on experience with billing platforms such as Ariba, SAP, or PeopleSoft. - Strong understanding of paid media channels and campaign execution in direct-to-consumer environments. - Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Campaign Manager 360, Claravine, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
