Manager Business Services

You will be joining the Global Shared Services Team of Momentive Business Services in India, which provides support services in Finance and Business to various corporate functions. As the Manager of Business Services, your role will involve aligning with the Senior Leadership's strategies, leading a multi-functional team, and ensuring operational excellence in key support functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, and Centre of Excellence. **Responsibilities Include:** - **Strategic Leadership** - Define and execute the vision and roadmap for business services. - Align service delivery with enterprise-wide objectives. - Drive transformation initiatives for scalability and cost-effectiveness. - Expand service offerings through strong multi-functional domain expertise. - **Operational Excellence** - Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards. - Champion process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Lead cross-functional projects and change management efforts. - **People & Culture** - Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams. - Foster talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. - **Stakeholder Engagement** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives. - Act as the primary liaison between business services and stakeholders. - Ensure transparent communication and proactive issue resolution. **Qualifications:** - **Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field with 12+ years of work experience. - 5+ years of leadership experience in shared services or corporate services. - Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex service portfolios. - Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, procurement best practices, and digital tools. - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. - **Preferred:** - Post-graduate/Master's degree in relevant field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with global stakeholders in diverse capacities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
