As a Manager - Business & Operations at Winpe, you will play a pivotal role in developing communications and strategies to promote Winpe's work among stakeholders, enhance engagement with key partners, and forge new partnerships. Your strong communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships with high-value clients across diverse stakeholder groups will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives to effectively deliver on responsibilities. - Create impactful communication materials in various formats such as reports, newsletters, presentations, and emailers to engage with stakeholders. - Lead the execution of initiatives and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery. - Track and measure stakeholder engagement metrics based on Winpe's Theory Of Change. - Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Required: - Profound expertise in client and partner relationship management. - Ability to articulate value propositions for a range of products and services. - Demonstrated entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-starting mindset. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and high level of computer literacy.
