Role Overview: You will be a part of the MGCC Transformation team at MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC), focusing on improving efficiency in processes through automation and effectiveness leveraging Six Sigma and Lean principles. Key Responsibilities: - Engage effectively with customers by understanding current process flow, identifying automation and improvement opportunities, and tracking project progress and benefits realization. - Create wireframes, data models, and solution architecture, build model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps, develop automated workflows in Power Automate, and implement role-based access and environment governance. - Design data models, interactive dashboards in Power BI, ensure data quality, and consistency using advanced Excel and Power Query. - Define test plans, acceptance criteria, perform unit, system, and UAT testing, remediate defects, and ensure performance and reliability. - Package and deploy solutions across environments, adhere to change management and release processes, and provide support and lifecycle management. - Enforce data privacy, access controls, auditability, and platform governance, follow enterprise standards and best practices for risk, compliance, and security. - Produce solution design docs, SOPs, runbooks, and user guides, conduct knowledge transfer, and user enablement. - Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance effectiveness by removing errors and output variability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong experience in automation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced Excel. - Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles for process improvement. - Experience in documentation, testing, deployment, and support of automation solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
