Role Title

Relationship Manager – Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for hunters – professionals who can generate their own prospects, bring in new clients, build strong relationships, and deliver results.
This is not a routine desk job. You must be willing to meet prospects in the evenings or beyond usual office hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own list of prospects (local networks, referrals, cold calls, etc.)
  • Acquire new clients and drive their investments in Stock Market and Mutual Funds
  • Handhold new clients for the first 6 months: explain basics, give suggestions, and build trust
  • Maximise client investments during the initial 6-month period
  • Transition clients to suitable Relationship Managers after 6 months
  • Be open to continuous learning and staying updated on the stock market (morning training sessions are organised from 8:30–9:00 AM)

What We Expect from You

  • Strong hunger to achieve results and meet revenue-linked targets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with prospects (English speaking is helpful but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to work beyond fixed office timings, including evenings
  • Discipline to attend training and follow company processes
  • Apply only if you are confident of being among the best – we do not hire average performers
  • Some sales experience preferred (stock market, mutual funds, insurance, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of stock market and mutual funds; must be able to grasp investment concepts and speak confidently with clients
  • Ability to generate prospects independently

CTC

Negotiable as per experience and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hisar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
