>Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
>Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in accounting, tax, and SMSF services.-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.-Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.-Present TaxOZ services effectively, tailoring solutions to client requirements.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.-Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM.-Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to company's growth strategy.
>Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services).-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.-Knowledge of Australian accounting and tax industry is a plus.-Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
