Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for marketing & sales of Rockwell &/or Siemens-based PLC, DCS

automation solutions in focused verticals, including Control Panels, SCADA, Software
Engineering, and MIS reporting.
Data integration of multi-brand systems, centralized monitoring, and providing
solutions for reports & data analytics.
Primarily engaged in marketing & promotion to OEM/End Users in the food, pharma,
distilleries, and breweries sectors.
Strategic business alignment and active participation in sales promotion meetings,
policies, and close engagement with Principal & Associate Companies like Rockwell
and Siemens.
Responsible for meeting assigned sales targets.
Regular customer visits for follow-ups, rate contracts and business conversion.
Active participation in negotiations and finalization of deals.
Coordination with in-house technical and operations teams for pre & post-order
activities, including solution offerings, material & service costing, amendments,
inspection, dispatch clearance, and other compliance requirements until order
closure.
Responsible for recoveries, including handling relevant taxation forms and
documentation.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
