Role Overview: As a Manager in the TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - Risk - Digital Risk team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications organizations to help them evolve, transform, and overcome challenges around competitiveness and corporate strategy. You will play a key role in creating compelling employee and customer experiences, ensuring operational excellence, safeguarding data and brand reputation, and facilitating M&A strategies for value creation. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the business development process on new & existing client engagements by gathering appropriate resources, gaining access to key contacts & supervising proposal preparation. - Identify buyers, influencers & stakeholders in existing client engagements and build strong relationships. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines. - Work with high-growth clients in industries such as financial services, insurance, etc. - Plan & schedule client engagements, deploy the right team with adequate skill sets, review status updates, and prepare management presentations. - Drive timely billing of invoices & actively follow up on collections. Qualification Required: - University undergraduate degree, post-graduation preferred. - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
