Job Description

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

Technical Requirements:

IT Asset Management strategies aligned with ITIL best practices.

Strong understanding of transformation programs focusing on data, process optimization, and governance frameworks.

Review & package overall project findings into clear, concise & high-quality work products and lead presentations at meetings.

Program manage the implementation of asset management tools and technologies.

Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives by leveraging on lessons learned from other projects.

Ensure internal client compliances as per company policies related to asset management.

Prepare and deliver reports on asset baselining, process assessments, and key metrics for client stakeholders. Lead asset audits and inventory exercises. Business Requirements:

Identify opportunities for BD discussions with the in-house asset management platform to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

Conduct knowledge-sharing discussions & contribute to EY thought leadership.

Plan & schedule client engagements. Determine and deploy the right team with adequate skill sets for executing engagements and periodically review the status of engagements and work products.

Review compliance with internal quality & risk management guidelines.

Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members. Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives. Qualifications:

MBA / Graduate / Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, preferably within a Big 4 or similar environment.

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITAM/HAM lifecycle management.

Proven experience in program management and client engagement.
