As the IT Strategy Manager for Finance areas, your role involves developing an appropriate IT strategy for business process improvement. You will be the primary reference point for all Finance process discussions with the business, leading the design and development of best practice business processes. Your responsibility includes architecting the usage of IT applications to enable these processes and delivering initiatives for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage the prioritization and delivery of IT work requests for processes in scope. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an internal consultant to the business for continuous business process improvement, particularly in SAP and other applications - Be accountable for the delivery of SAP and other application services in the function - Collaborate with the business to formulate business process strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with SAP systems design - Provide measurable contribution to margin and ROCE through continuous process improvement - Serve as the interface between IT and the business for the relevant business process area - Identify opportunities for technological/strategic change to improve business performance - Design and improve business processes in collaboration with the business - Architect IS applications usage consistent with global IS strategy - Support the development of business cases and facilitate progress through the project life cycle - Realize business benefits from SAP and other business cases to achieve cost/return objectives - Develop and manage a team of Business Process Specialists - Coordinate resources with required centers to ensure continuity and delivery of new functionality - Establish best practices across the region and collaborate globally with peers to agree on standards Qualifications Required: - Degree in an appropriate functional area - 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO process as a functional expert - Significant experience at a management level with a proven track record of achievement - Previous line/team management experience The company encourages innovation, strong consultancy competencies, takes responsibility for employees" performance, and values clear and assertive communication.
