Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of QlikView / Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and Qlik scripts for optimized performance.
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with business KPIs.
Manage Qlik server performance, security, and access controls.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs.
Translate functional requirements into BI technical specifications.
Provide recommendations for data-driven improvements in business processes.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reports.
Establish best practices for data validation, documentation, and change control.
Work with IT teams to improve data architecture and integration with various systems.
Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure adherence to BI development standards and governance policies.
